All Services
1. Your use of this website and any service offered by PHL-X INC is deemed to be your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. PHL-X INC disclaims and excludes all liability for any claim, loss, demand or damages of any kind whatsoever (including for negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of PHL-X INC’s service, this website or the information, content or materials included on this website or on any website or web page to which it is linked.
Business Assistance, Business Locator and Price Check Services
3. While PHL-X INC endeavors to refer you to or find suitable suppliers, products, services and prices, it does not warrant them in any way. You are advised to carry out due diligence.
4. A separate fee is payable in respect of each product or service to be sourced or price checked. You will be notified if travel fees apply.
5. PHL-X INC does not require suppliers to pay commission or gratuities in order to be referred to you, but we may receive compensation from them in relation to their doing business with you.
6. PHL-X INC, at its discretion, may decline your request for service, which will be notified to you by email. Where any payment has been received in respect of any such service request, it will be refunded.
Property Management Service
7. PHL-X INC is not a real estate broker. You are advised to carry out due diligence in regards to sales and purchase matters.
Personal Verification Service
8. When your payment is received, we will contact the person to be verified to confirm his/her consent. Should your friend refuse to give consent or withdraw from the process prior to the interview, you will receive a refund of 50% of the fee paid to PHL-X INC less remittance costs, otherwise there is no refund.
9. A verification report will normally be sent to you within 45 days of payment. You will be advised of any delays.
10. PHL-X INC will endeavor to ensure all information supplied to you is accurate. However, PHL-X INC, its management and its staff will not be held liable for any inaccuracy, whether in the source documents, in its report to you or in any related discussion. You are entirely liable and responsible for any action you take on the basis of such information.
Fees
11. Where a fee is payable to PHL-X INC in respect of any service, the amount specified must be received in cleared funds before the commencement of any service.
Applicable Law
12. The laws of the Philippines shall apply.
Trademarks
PHL-X, Philippine Assistant, PA, Filipinassistant and Netball Philippines are registered trademarks of PHL-X INC.
Privacy Statement
Your personal information will not be shared with anyone other than those for whom it is intended in relation to providing the services you have requested or as required by law.
